Microsoft Making A Play For Claria?
Rumored Microsoft Adware Deal Raises Red Flags

Claria’s adware applications include eWallet, DateManager, WeatherScope and PrecisionTime, and the company’s behavior-tracking database of users’ surfing habits is believed to be among the biggest in the world.

Surely they’ll shutdown the disbursement branch and only use their intellectual property (db and tracking software).
