Quick and Easy Mac Screenshots
I have downloaded several apps to take screen captures - Grab just doesn’t cut it in most cases. Good thing I hadn’t purchased any yet. I just ran across these:
Take a desktop screenshot:
cmd + shift + 3
Take a screenshot of a selection:
cmd + shift + 4
Take a screenshot of a window:
cmd + shift + 4 + space
All screenshots saved to your desktop as a PNG file.
Take a screenshot of a selection and forward to clipboard:
cmd + shift + 4
Hold down control while choosing the selection.
