Disable PHP Safe Mode in Ensim

To disable PHP safe_mode for a single domain siteNN, create a file called php in /etc/httpd/conf/siteNN that contains the following lines:

<ifdefine vwh_php4_module>
php_admin_flag safe_mode off
</ifdefine>
